You Use Biofeedback Everyday

 

You probably don’t even realize it, but using your reflection in a mirror is a form of biofeedback. If you didn’t have that mirror things like shaving or putting on makeup would be hard to learn. Any system like your heart rate or perspiration that can be monitored can also be controlled. This is the great benefit of biofeedback use. You can train your body and become conscious. It’s a great tool in managing stress, pain and headaches without the use of medications.
