Virtual Reality In Addition to Biofeedback

For some biofeedback doesn’t always work so in addition to this training some say that virtual reality can help. For many altering perception is a very useful way to cope with pain, anxiety and depression. It could be as simple as using headphones to listen to particular music or audiobook. It can also be as extravagant as a head mounted display, massage chairs or large screen TVs. It’s pretty amazing how the brain works and the thing we can do to tap into what makes it tick.
