Using Neurofeedback for Epilepsy

Several Years ago there were not very many alternatives to medications if someone suffered from epilepsy or a brain injury. Neurofeedback involves seeing the brain-waves on a screen in a form of a game. Those being trained influence the game with the changes in their thinking. Neurofeedback is also used to treat ADHD, migraines, and anxiety. Some also use it to improve their concentration and to help manage their stress.
