Treating a Pulled Muscle

Pulling a muscle is pretty common, but how do we treat it? Time is really the only thing that can treat it. You should make sure you don’t over exert yourself and be gentle with the pulled muscle. once you can be active again always do some stretching beforehand. You can wrap the affected muscle to help keep it warm and loose so you won’t damage it further. If you find that it is not improving after several days you may need to see a doctor it could be something more serious.
