Living with chronic pain is a challenge and a battle each day. Here are some things to think about and/or try that may help. Deep breathing and meditation can help the body relax and reduce muscle tension. Through biofeedback use you can learn to train the functions of your body. Eat a healthy diet as much as possible, it can keep your weight under control and aid in the digestive process. Most importantly, find ways to distract yourself away from the pain. Do activities that keep you busy and not thinking about the pain you are experiencing.
