Some are not quite sure what the difference is. Biofeedback uses a machine or device to record the signals of your body. You can see these signals and train yourself to be in a relaxed state being able to avoid stress, and anxiety. Many times biofeedback begins with a trainer that can help you transcribe what is going on in your body then you are able to do it on your own. Meditation is making time for relaxation and practicing stillness. Basically working on what you’ve you learned from how your body reacts. People may use visualization or a mantra of some sort to get them into a relaxed state.
