Many dentists can’t seem to help with this issue, only able to repair a broken tooth or offer mouth guards for when you sleep to help with bruxing. The problem is there is no prevention or actual treatment of the problem, but a “quick fix” that doesn’t really eliminate the problem. Biofeedback is a great solution to bruxing and can actually train you to relax the jaw muscles and the more and more you do it, the more you will be able to catch yourself doing it and stop. Imagine getting a good nights sleep and having no pain the next day.
