Self-Management?

Self-management is at the heart of biofeedback. In fact, the electronic instruments normally associated with biofeedback is really a tool to enhance our awareness so we can learn to manage ourselves in ways that we might not otherwise be able. But no matter how good the instruments are that increase our awareness we still need to do something, on a minute by minute and day to day basis. The core issue is that biofeedback increases our self-management skills but we never retain skills without practice.
