Migraines Linked to Higher Risk of Stroke

I read an article in the Boston Globe that people who have migraines at at a higher risk for stroke and heart attack. Apparently doctors don’t know what the link is, but have noticed a significant risk to those who have migraines four to six attacks a month. Many patients don’t take their headaches seriously and don’t want to take medication because of the side effects that can occur. There are several alternatives to medications that I have read about, one being biofeedback.
