Do You Suffer from “Burnout”?

We have all heard of being burned out, I’m sure that everyone has experienced it at one time or another. But what does that really mean? And how can we manage our stress so we don’t become a victim to burnout? All of us are busy and have many things to take care of in our lives daily. You need to stay connected with yourself when “taking care of things”. When you’re connected with yourself you’ll be able to best judge your emotional state and stress levels and know if you’re becoming close to burning out. If you push yourself too far on a regular basis you may face anxiety, serious stress effects and finally burn out. Learning to take time for yourself every day and creating a management strategy for your time will really help in keeping stress at bay and keep you from burning out.
