Biofeedback Used for Incontinence

A lot of women experience incontinence, mostly due to childbirth. Some women have it so bad that jogging or even just squatting down can create leakage of urine. Instead of surgery, biofeedback is another option. With the use of electrodes, muscle strength can be measured and you can train the vaginal muscles with repetitive exercises to strengthen those muscles. Along with this is doing Kegel exercises regularly can help beat incontinence.
