You wouldn’t necessarily think of biofeedback for use in treatment of acne, but it can be investigated. Normally stress is a leading cause of breakouts which can be reduced by using relaxation which is where biofeedback comes in. It guides you into a state of relaxation, something you can do yourself any time it’s convenient for you. It may take some time to see actual results so try and stick with it for a few weeks. It is something good to try before using topical or internal solutions.
