Biofeedback Training at School

According to this article more and more colleges are using biofeedback to help students prepare themselves mentally and physically for stress in the classroom. Students are being taught how to reduce stress by bringing they heart rate down by using breathing techniques. This helps students prepare for tests and lower their anxiety related to taking tests. There are many personal biofeedback devices on the market making them more accessible to students without having to see a doctor.
