Biofeedback for Back Pain

If you have trouble with your back, biofeedback is a great way to help control the pain. You are able to tap into the muscles that are twitching or or painful and learn to relax them. You train yourself to be in a relaxed state and eventually you will start using these relaxation techniques when you’re not even using a device. Biofeedback combined with massage, yoga and acupuncture or great ways to help relive the pain and keep your back healthy.
